Jarrett Allen unable to reach agreement on contract extension with Nets, will become restricted free agent next summer

The Nets and Jarrett Allen were unable to come to an agreement on a contract extension prior to Monday's deadline, and as a result, the fourth-year center will become a restricted free agent at the end of this season, Yahoo Sports' Chris Haynes reported Monday.
