Blue Jays finalize deals with RHPs Yates, Chatwood

TORONTO (AP) -- The Blue Jays finalized a $5.5 million, one-year contract with right-hander Kirby Yates and a $3 million, one-year deal with right-hander Tyler Chatwood.
